Bergamot comes from the fruit peel, that has many health benefits, this oil is one of my favorites, especially with my soap making scents. Bergamot is commonly found in Italy, California & Southern Asia. Bergamot is found in earl gray tea, of the resemblance of sweet lemon. Its found in lotions, body care & soaps as well. Bergamot is somewhat a popular oil, for the essence of its sweet scent properties. Bergamot has a high amount of vitamin C, just like all of the citrus plants do. In Aromatherapy Bergamot is used for massage, as an essential oil diffuser, & aroma lamps. Bergamot is safe to use around small children, is because, it has a soothing gentle cheerful smell, that most small children & the Elderly can handle. Remember when you are putting any essential oil on anybody, you must always dilute them with a carrier oil.
